Customer Satisfaction Results 2013
Over the ten years that we have been in service Southern Cross has constantly strived to improve customer service, and this is once again evident in our 2013 Customer Survey results. The survey was carried out online during April and May by the Nielsen company, with response purely on a voluntary basis. Our Overall Satisfaction score this year was 84%, up 4 points on last year.
