It’s Time for the 2007 Customer Satisfaction Survey

Believe it or not it is that time of year again and the 2007 Southern Cross Customer Satisfaction Survey is about to kick off.  The survey is being conducted by The Nielsen Group (formerly ACNielsen) and will run between the 10th April and 11th May, 2007.

The Customer Satisfaction Programme measures our customer’s perceptions of the level of service provided by Southern Cross and drives ongoing service improvement. It is a vital customer feedback tool and has been the catalyst for numerous service initiatives such as the online Network Availability Reports, web based Capacity Request Forms and new functionality that is included as a part of the redesigned Southern Cross website such as real time network status updates.

The survey is an opportunity to have your say about the level of service provided by Southern Cross and to share your ideas on how we can improve things. If you are contacted by the Nielsen Company, we would appreciate it if you could take the time to complete the survey. A suitable interview time will be arranged with you and your information will be treated in the strictest of confidence.

This year, every person who completes the survey will go into the draw to win one of six Tivoli PALs – so you need to be in to win. This year’s incentive continues the music theme of the past few years and is a funky portable speaker that you can plug your iPod and MP3 players into so you can share your music with your friends.  To top it all off the PAL is a radio as well.

The results of the survey will be made available online to our customers in July.
