The Three Drop Ring product provides three separate circuits configured in a ring around the network.
This product allows Southern Cross to package both Australia and New Zealand to a US carrier for example.

Three Drop Ring Capacity is Assigned as three separate circuits, linking three destination countries in a triangle. The two circuits terminating in each destination can gain access at the same cable station in the country as shown in the first diagram above, or gain access at separate cable stations in a particular country as depicted in the second example. A third option is a mix of the same cable stations in one country and different cable stations in another.
Reassignment to other products and Traffic Paths is allowed.
