It’s Survey Time

It’s that time of year again and Southern Cross’s annual Customer Satisfaction Survey is now underway. The survey is being conducted by ACNielsen and will run between the 1st and the 29th April, 2005.

The Customer Satisfaction Programme measures our customer’s perceptions of the level of service provided by Southern Cross and drives ongoing service improvement. It is a vital customer feedback tool and has been the catalyst for numerous service initiatives such as the online Network Availability Reports and the web based Capacity Request Forms (see above story).

This is your opportunity to have your say about the level of service provided by Southern Cross and to share your ideas on how we can improve things. If you are contacted by ACNielsen, we would appreciate it if you could take the time to complete the survey. A suitable interview time will be arranged with you and ACNielsen will treat your information in the strictest of confidence.

This year, every person who completes the survey will go into the draw to win one of ten i-pod shuffles (1G version) – so be in to win.

The results of the survey will be made available to our customers in July.

Within 2 years Southern Cross is expected to have the potential to increase its total protected capacity to at least 1.2 Tbit/s using 100 Gbps technology that is already being tested for submarine cable systems.
