Customer Survey Update

The 2009 Southern Cross Customer Satisfaction Survey is currently underway. The survey is being conducted by The Nielsen Group and will run in the usual April-May  timeframe.

The survey is an opportunity to have your say about the level of service you expect from Southern Cross and to share your ideas on improvements. It is a vital feedback tool and has been the catalyst for numerous service initiatives such as the online Network Availability Reports, web based Capacity Request Forms, and our Drop Restoration initiative amongst others.

If you have been contacted by the Nielsen Company, we would appreciate it if you could take the time to complete the survey which will be available on-line for the first time.

This year’s incentive for taking part is a chance to win one of six iPod Nano PRODUCT (RED).  You are not only helping SX but Apple donates a portion of the purchase proceeds to fund HIV research in Africa.

The results of the survey will be made available online to our customers in July.
