SCCL Australia Ltd has developed a number of products to facilitate Customer access to the Southern Cross Cable Network (SCCN) from the two cable stations in Australia.
SCCLA Backhaul Space enables location of your backhaul equipment within the Backhaul Room in the Alexandria and/or Brookvale cable stations, facilitating connection to the SCCN.
Cable Station Access Dark Fibre enables you to use SCCLA dark fibre(s) to establish a direct fibre connection either between the two cable stations, or to access one or other of the cable stations from downtown access points located on either side of the Sydney Harbour Tunnel.
Direct Fibre Access allows the direct connection of fibre to the SCCN via connection to a Southern Cross lead-in cable from an SCCLA Customer Access Pit adjacent to the relevant cable station .
All products are provided for a term expiring 15 November 2020, designed to match the term of your (or your Customer’s) Southern Cross Capacity Use Agreement.
Individually, or in combination, these Products are designed to enhance your options for accessing the Southern Cross Cable Network in Australia.
SCCLA also has available a limited quantity of Sub-duct on specific SCCLA duct routes. Sub-duct is offered on a per metre basis, for a term expiring 15 November 2020.
